Safe Care Clean uses Australia Post's eParcel delivery system for deliveries within Australia. This requires you to sign for your products on delivery. You should receive your purchase within 1 - 10 working days from the time you made your order. Customers in New Zealand or from any other overseas country should contact us before to ordering to discuss postage.
Prices for posting your Safe Care Clean products are calculated on a combination of weight and distance and we take every effort to find the most cost effective way to get your products to you.
Please take care when entering the address details for your order. If you give us an incorrect or insufficient address, Safe Care Clean cannot refund the product, and will only resend the product upon request. All responsibility for the costs of correcting the delivery (ie additional postage) will need to be borne by you. If we have mis-addressed your product then we accept that we are responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product.
